Web app
We build small, clearly defined web apps for businesses in Germany: browser-based applications that handle one specific workflow – such as taking requests, managing appointments or replacing a spreadsheet. Prices start at €1,999 net, one-time. We set the final price in a fixed quote based on the agreed features before the project starts.
Hosting, third-party services and technical maintenance (from €29 per month) are separate.
A website informs visitors. A web app lets people get something done: enter, store, edit and find data – often with a login and several views. It runs in the browser on computers, tablets and phones, with nothing to install from an app store.
Customers send a structured request or pick a time slot; your team sees everything in one list with a status.
A process that runs in Excel or by email today gets forms, fixed fields and one shared overview.
Visitors work out a price, a quantity or a variant and send the result as a request.
Your team keeps orders, customers or stock in one place instead of scattered files.
Customers log in and see, for example, their documents, appointments or the status of their order.
One clearly limited AI feature, such as summarising text or analysing photos – with human review where it matters.
Whether your project fits the entry range depends on its scope – see “What determines the price”.
02 / Web app
€1,999 net is the entry price for small, clearly defined web apps. It does not automatically apply to every portal, booking system or AI tool. You get the final price in a fixed, written quote before work starts.
Web app
What matters is less the number of screens than what happens behind them:
| Cost driver | Usually within the entry range | Increases the effort significantly |
|---|---|---|
| Roles and login | One role, e.g. only your team; users are created by an admin | Several roles, self-registration, customer accounts |
| Data | One or two kinds of records, e.g. requests with a status | Many linked records, versions, a complete history |
| Integrations | None, or just email notifications and a CSV export | Calendar, payment provider, ERP or accounting with syncing |
| Payments | None | Online payment, subscriptions, invoices |
| Special logic | None, or simple calculations | AI features, extensive calculation or planning logic |
| Design | Proven design system | Fully bespoke interface |

Process
You describe who will use the application and which workflow it should handle.
You send us your description and, if you have them, current spreadsheets, forms or examples.
We summarise features, roles and data in writing and give you a fixed price. You confirm.
We build the agreed features. The schedule is set out in the quote.
You review the application, then it goes live. How acceptance and corrections work is set out in the quote.
We do not give a blanket timeline for web apps: it depends on the agreed scope and is stated in your quote. The 7-business-day first draft applies to the business website.

FAQ
Small, clearly defined web apps start at €1,999 net, one-time. We set the final price based on the agreed features in a fixed quote before the project starts. Hosting, third-party services and technical maintenance from €29 per month are separate.
A website mainly presents information. A web app processes input and stores data – for example requests, appointments or orders – and often has a login. Many small businesses only need a website at first; a web app is worth it when a recurring process should become digital.
It depends on the agreed scope. The schedule is set out in the quote; we do not promise a blanket timeline for web apps.
Often, yes – especially when several people work with the same data and the process is clear. If existing software already covers your needs, it is usually cheaper. We look at this in the first call.
No. Technical maintenance starts at €29 per month net and is charged separately. What it covers is agreed in writing before the project starts.
Your domain and the content you supply remain yours. How the application and, where applicable, the source code are handed over is set out in writing in your quote before the project starts.
Who will use it, which workflow should it handle, what data does it store? We reply by email with questions and suggested times for a Zoom call. The enquiry is non-binding.
